During the autumn of 2020, Pamplona-Iruña City Council carried out an energy and climate risk and vulnerability diagnosis of the city of Pamplona. The conclusions of the diagnosis were the starting point for the work to involve the social fabric in drawing up the Action Plan for the Energy Transition and Climate Change Strategy. This is the ultimate commitment of the city of Pamplona to its contribution to climate change.

We want a city:

- Smart and adapted to new climate scenarios.
- That does not contribute to climate change
- Whose citizens participate in this change.
- That generates benefits for people
- Integrated and interconnected with Navarre and a leader in the fight against climate change.
